With Kontakt Scripting, Instruments can have custom control panels called Performance Views. This allows you to control Instrument settings without switching into edit mode and allows you to create a custom user interface. In this video tutorial, I will show you how to create knobs that control the 3-Band EQ in Performance View.
Programming your own performance view in Native Instruments Kontakt is not something that needs to be scary or confusing. This helpful lesson breaks it all down in a way that anyone can follow along with, regardless of experience or skill level. A custom performance view can save you a lot of time and effort over time and makes performing with your sampled instruments a much nicer experience.
